DAVE COLEMAN

JONESBORO, La. - Dave Coleman, 65, of Chatham, died Monday at 8:45 a.m. in the Jackson Parish hospital after a short illness. He was a sawmill worker at Chatham.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Girthie Coleman of Chatham; four sons, R. C. Coleman and Harold Coleman, both of West Monroe; Ricky Coleman of Jonesboro and Ray Coleman of Fort Sam Houston, Tex.; three daughters, Mrs. Odell Fuller of Eros, Mrs. Ruth Dean Austin of Patterson, Mrs. Eunice Myers of Jackson, Miss.; one brother, Ben Coleman of North Hodge; one sister, Mrs. Irene Holloway of West Monroe; 34 grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Chatham Pentecostal church with Rev. J. A. Long officiating.
Burial will be in the Chatham cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home.
