Former Fairfax resident, Penny Renee Looney, died Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at Prescott Valley, Arizona Hospital. She was 36 years old.

She was born May 5, 1975 in Pawnee, Oklahoma, the daughter of Leonard and Patty McKinney.

Penny grew up and attended school in Ralston, Oklahoma and Fairfax, Oklahoma. She was married to Johnie Looney on December 13, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada. They made their home in Prescott Valley, Arizona.

Penny enjoyed shopping, watching Lifetime movies, and talking to and texting her family.

She was preceded in death by one son, Billy.

Penny touched the lives of many with her outgoing and loving personality. She will be remembered for her laughter, which always brought a smile to many faces.

Friends and family are invited to attend her funeral service at the First Osage Baptist Church in Fairfax, Oklahoma on Friday, April 13, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Fi Davis, of Hominy, Oklahma will officiate at the service.

Casket bearers will be Anthony Davis, Thomas Looney, Eddy Clark, Sonny McKinley, Caleb Kennedy, and Chantry Kennedy. Honorary casket bearers will be J.R. McKinney and Gilbert Kennedy.

Interment will be at the Fairfax Cemetery under the direction of Hunsaker-Wooten Funeral Home.
