(formerly of Louisville, IL), passed away at 10:00 am, Tuesday, May 29, 2012, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN.
He was born August 3, 1966 in Effingham, Illinois, the son of Bob and Lillian (Bible) Mills. He was united in marriage with Ann Lewis on December 29, 2007 at the Red Brush Christian Church in Louisville, IL.
Tracy was employed by the Siemens Health Care as a customer care manager. He was a member of the Red Brush Christian Church in Louisville, IL and also attended the Fellowship Church of Evansville. He was a graduate of the Class of 1984 of North Clay High School and Graduate of ITT of 1986. He Loved playing golf and hunting of all types .
He is survived by parents, Bob and Lillian MIlls; wife, Ann Mills; son, Tyler Mills; daughter, Tara Mills; brother, Tim Mills and Danny MIlls; sisters, Debra Pender and Lori Lamar; Father and Mother-in-law, Kent and Marilyn Lewis; brother-in-law, Mark Lewis; Many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews all who love him dearly.

Dusty Elmore officiating.
Interment was in Red Brush Cemetery, Louisville, IL.
