JENNIFER BERGER YOUNG, with a true sense of history, born on D-Day, passed away on Memorial Day at The Methodist Hospital, after a long struggle with illness. For those family and friends who mourn her, a light has surely gone out in the world. Jennifer was a graduate of Bellaire High School and went on to obtain her Bachelors and Law Degrees from the University of Houston. Following her graduation she had a distinguished career as an attorney with Aetna Insurance Company. Words are too small to convey her kindness, generosity, intellect, wit, and courage, which she shared with her family and friends. She will be buried with her beloved Mark who died in 2003. She leaves her dear brother, Erik; and her parents, Dr. Sidney and Sandra Berger; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 2, 2012, at The Settegast-Kopf Co. @ Sugar Creek, 15015 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land, (Williams Trace Exit). Interment will follow at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston.
