Mark Allen Guenther, 52, of Lafayette, passed away on May 23, 2012, at 8:46 a.m. at St. Elizabeth East. Mark was born on February 24, 1960, in Sullivan to the late Frank Guenther and Rosemary Wilson Guenther; she survives. He was a graduate of Lafayette Jefferson High School. He was a member of the Eagles Club in Lafayette. He enjoyed fishing and NASCAR.
Surviving along with his mother is a daughter, Britney Henderson, of Lafayette; and his life partner, Dana Elliott, of Frankfort. Also surviving are three brothers, Jerry (wife: Claudia) Wilson, of Sullivan, Bob (companion: Barb Wagoner) Guenther, of Lafayette, and Frank (wife: Tammy) Guenther, of Lafayette.
