Ryan Christopher Barker passed away July 16, 2005. He was born in Ogden on January 13, 1976 to Scott L. Barker and Marlene K. Martin. Ryan was a fun-loving jokester as a boy and loved playing basketball and boating with his family. He graduated from Bonneville High School in 1994. He then began learning the auto sales business from his father. Ryan loved buying and selling cars and working with his Dad and brother Cory for the past ten years. He also enjoyed golfing, riding four-wheelers with his brother Scotty, and especially fishing. Ryan was a kind, generous, good-hearted person who was always willing to help someone in need. Ryan will be greatly missed and is loved so much by his family and also his special friends, Christina Lambrose and Ken Gomm. It is a great comfort for his family to know that Ryan no longer has the daily struggle and turmoil that he has had to endure here on earth for the last several years, but that he is now in the comfo rting, healing arms of Jesus. Ryan will be especially missed by his Dad, who was his best friend who loved, helped and cared about him so very much. He is survived by his father, Scott L. Barker (Marilyn Barker); his mother, Marlene King (Brent King); sister, Heidi Sholly (Damon Sholly); brother, Cory Barker (Krissy Barker); half brothers, Scotty and Sean Barker; half-sisters, Camie and Katie Barker; niece and nephews Tage, Kiersty, Caleb and Trae Sholly and Brendon Barker; and grandmothers, Sharon L. Martin and Juanita S. Barker. He was preceded in death by grandfathers Clyde P. Martin and Leonard W. Barker and his uncle, Brian L. Barker.
