Andrew C. Elliott, 60, of West Frankfort peacefully passed away at 5:19 p.m. Sunday, May 27, 2012 at his residence with his loving family by his side. He was born June 5, 1951 in Springfield, Il. to Jack Elliott and Allene (Koontz) Elliott. He married Susan (Robinson) Elliott on August 15, 1981 in St. Louis, Mo.
Survivors include his loving wife, Susan Elliott of West Frankfort; daughter, Jacqueline Watkins and husband, Jesse of Johnston City; granddaughter, Olivia Watkins; two brothers, Larry and Katherine Howell of Royal Oak, Michigan, and Forrest and Charlene Bayer of Marietta, Georgia; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and the family pet, Madi Blue.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He retired from the City of West Frankfort a where he served as the superintendent of the Waste Water Treatment Plant. He was a loving Husband, Father and BaPaw and he was dearly loved by his family.
Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 9, 2012 at the Parker - Reedy Funeral Home in West Frankfort with Rev. Mike Cash officiating. Burial of ash's will be in the East Fork Cemetery in West Frankfort. Visitation will be after 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
