HARDCASTLE, , BRYANT LAYFETTE Was born March 3, 1928. in Tyler, Texas to Thomas H. and Janie Reynolds Hardcastle. He passed away Sat., Feb. 18, 2006 in Garland, Texas at age 77. Bryant was a United States Air Force Veteran, serving 22 months in Korea. After serving his country, he was employed by Texas Power and Light (now TXU) for 37 1/2 years, starting in the Construction Department and retiring as General Foreman. Bryant was an active member of Christian City Church. He was a member of Duck Creek Masonic Lodge, an endowed member 32nd degree of Scottish Rite and member of Hella Temple. Bryant enjoyed fishing, golf. yard work and motorcycling. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Bobbie Hardcastle. He is also survived by son Kent Hardcastle, 4 grandchildren, Kristalle Ulrich and husband Scott, Jennifer, Justin and Bridget Hardcastle and 1 great granddaughter Rylee Ulrich. sister-in-law Marita Hardcastle, 2 nieces Sue Goolsbee and Vallory Parish. 3 nephews Richard Hardcastle, Howard Adams and Johnny Adams. Preceded in death by parents Thomas H. and Janie Hardcastle, sister Alaray Adams, brothers Thomas E. Hardcastle, Stuart Hardcastle, B.F. Hardcastle and Homer Hardcastle. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Feb 20th @ 1:00pm in Williams Memorial Chapel. 1600 south Garland Ave. Interment will follow in Garland Memorial Park, Garland, Texas. Visitation will be held on Sunday, Feb. 19th at Williams Funeral Home from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Memorials may be sent to St. Michael's Hospice. P.O.
