She was born March 21, 1962 in Fairmont, WV a daughter of Donald Ray Jackson and Brenda Irene Jackson of Mannington, WV.
She is survived by three children, Melissa Irene Barker and companion, Roger Blake, Jr. of Grafton, William Keith Barker and wife Jessica Marie Barker of Yelm, Washington, and Travis Justin Boyce and wife Jessie Ann Boyce of Grafton; four grandchildren, Brandon Lee Blake, Cort Michael Blake, Shyann Marie Goff, and Arron Keith Barker; four brothers, James Williams and wife Suzzette, of Farmington, WV, John Williams, Rick Williams and wife Tiffany, and Lynn Williams, all of Mannington, WV; two sisters, Patricia Williams and Kimberly Scritchfield, both of Mannington; mother-in-law, Wilma Hershman and husband, George of Grafton; father-in-law, David Boyce of Grafton; and also survived by thirty plus nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Chadwick Scritchfield, David Scritchfield, and Gary Ray Jackson.
Gloria was a valued employee of Wal-Mart for 13 years, where she was head of the food department. She was a hard worker, loved reading, and working in her beautiful flower beds. She was an avid amateur photographer and loved taking photos of her family and friends. She loved to travel and found wonder in seeing new places. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy.
