Mr. and Mrs. Guy Woodle, of Eagle Creek, have exchanged their two- story modern eight- room residence and two lots located at East Fiftieth and East Couch streets, for two houses belonging to William Bremer, of Tigard, located at 532 and 528 Lexington avenue.

In transaction each of the properties was valued at about $5000, and both sides were represented by Samuel Doak.
