Born May 9, 1922 in Kemmer, Wyoming to Ben and Julia Citerio Poloni. He was an Air Force Veteran of World War II, stationed at Luke Field. Married Fosca Frugni April 16, 1945 in Phoenix, Arizona.
Arco was the owner of Utah Distributing Company and later retired from Joy Manufacturing. He was a Past Exalted Ruler of B.P.O.E. # 1550 and a honorary life member of the Elk's Lodge.
Survived by his wife; daughter, Toni (John) Colosimo, Portland, OR; son, Jeff (Debora) Poloni, Price; grandchildren, Dina Colosimo, Kim (Brad) Colosimo Meyer, Kris Poloni, Jeana Poloni; brother, Arthur (Phyllis) Poloni; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by son, Ben Poloni; and sister, Gloria Pace. Funeral service, Wednesday, April 20, 2005, 11 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home, where friends may call one hour prior to service. Interment, Price City Cemetery.
