John Randolph Haller was born Aug. 1, 1924, in Harrisonburg, VA, a son of Earl Stanley and Katherine Roana Blair Haller. He married Midred A. Luccht in Cleveland, OH, Aug. 21, 1948.
Surviving are his wife; three sons, John Jr (Rebeccca) Haller, Thomas E. Haller and Charles F. (Sharon) Haller; and five grandchiddren; two stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a grandson, Isaac Benjamin Haller; three sisters, Amabelle Hartman, Harriet Thomas and katherine Fankhauser; and two brothers, Earl Stanley Haller, Jr. and Thomas B. Haller.
He served in World War II in the Army, decorated with the combat infantry badge and the Purple Heart.
A private graveside service.
