Mr. Herren died Saturday in Cox Medical Center in Springfield, Mo., from injuries he recieved in a tractor-trailer accident June 14 near El Dorado Springs, Mo.
He was born Oct. 8, 1947, in Lawrence and was a Vietnam veteran. He owned and operated a truck currently leased to Fleming-Babcock Co., Kansas City, Mo., and was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Herren, of the home; a brother, David, Rt. 4; and a sister, Mrs. Yvonne Miller, of the home.
The family suggest memorials to the American Cancer Society or the National Kidney Foundation.
