Salt Lake City, Ut.-Louis Franklin Anderton, 67, passed away on May 21, 2012, at his Salt Lake City home.
Mr. Anderton was born May 30, 1944, in SLC, Utah to Violet and Albert Anderton. He married Patti Jean Paulsen in SLC and together they raised 2 children; Michelle and Nolan.
He had a great sense of humor. He loved hunting, fishing, and very salty popcorn. He was happiest when he was outdoors, especially when in Alaska and Skull Valley.
He is survived by his children, and their spouses: Michelle and Hans Deemer, Nolan and Louann Anderton, his 8 grandchildren: Bridgette, Colby, Jennifer, Shanelle, Cody, Shaylaree, Caleb and Draco, his great grandchildren, and his 2 brothers and their spouses: John and Rita Anderton, Tom and Maureen Anderton.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, his brother; Ray, sister; Betty, and grandson; Brock.
Our beloved dad and grandpa frog will be laid to rest at a Graveside service; Tuesday, May 29, 2012, 2:00 pm at the Utah Veterans Cemetery & Memorial Park, 17111 South Camp Williams Road, Bluffdale, Utah. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.garnerfuneral.com
