Ermina Amos was first married to William Clayton.He died from typhoid fever. they had 5 children. 3 who lived to adulthood.Her children by William Clayton were Edith 1857-1863, Charles 1860-1926,Flora Wilson 1861-1918,George 1863-1867 and Mary Clayton Veach 1865-1947.She then married John Gribble in 1868 and had several more children by him one of which is James Gribble my gr grandfather.Erminas brother Wesley married John Gribbles sister Anna and i believe when they got married in 1868 it was a double wedding.
