Christopher "Chris" Robin Albin was born in Glendive, MT on June 21, 1975 to Richard and Debi (Feldman) Albin. He started his education at Brorson School and then attended Sidney Schools. Growing up he was active in baseball, wrestling, football, basketball, track and was a member of DeMolay. During his years in high school he excelled academically, and in basketball and track. His senior year he set a Sidney High School record and won the state high jump with a height of 6'6". He was very proud to still hold this record to this day. Chris graduated from Sidney High School in 1994. After high school Chris attended Jamestown College on an academic and athletic scholarship. He graduated with honors in 1999 with a Bachelors of Arts degree. While attending college at Jamestown, Chris met his future wife, Stephanie Bohlman. They were married on May 16th, 2002. They were blessed with two amazing boys, Mason Parker (12) and Maxx Cooper (4).

Upon completion of his internship at Medcenter One in Bismarck ND, he became a registered Radiology and Cat Scan Technician. Chris returned to Sidney to work at Sidney Health Center in radiology for a few years until he decided to become a travelling technician. In 2006, Chris and his family moved to Elk River, MN, it is here he became an Applications Specialist for Vital Images. At the time of his death, he was employed by Genpact as an Operations Manager. Over the years, Chris worked hard and strived to make a difference in the medical field.

Chris was always there to lend a helping hand when family and friends were in need. He enjoyed keeping up on the newest technology. He shared this passion with his son Mason. They have spent many hours together figuring out how to conquer the newest video games. He took great pride in staying physically fit, and enjoyed golfing, snowboarding and mountain biking at Hillside Park. If he was not enjoying outdoor activities, you could find him watching new movies as they were released. In his spare time he enjoyed doing graphic design work for numerous events, teams and groups. He was very proud to have created the logo for Mason's Lacrosse team. He tried to make it back home every year for the Richland County Fair to see family and friends. While home he made sure to take Maxx to the farm to see the cows and ride 4-wheeler, which he enjoyed so much. Chris enjoyed summer outings to the lake with the Bohlman family where he would camp and jet ski with his sons. Most of all he cherished the time he spent with his family, friends and especially his boys.

Chris passed away on January 8th 2012 in Elk River, MN.

Chris is survived by: his two sons, Mason and Maxx of Elk River, MN; mother, Debi (Dave) Nees; father, Richard (Christy) Albin all of Sidney, MT; brother, Cory Albin; sister, Kayla Albin, and niece Madelynn Albin, all of Billings, MT; his children's mother; Stephanie Bohlman-Albin, of Elk River, MN; grandmother, Ethel Albin, of Sidney, MT; several aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.

Chris was preceded in death by: his grandparents, Jerome and Christine Feldman; grandfather, David Albin; brother, Jessie Jo; uncle, Michael Sergent; and cousin, Jennifer King.
