KAYSVILLE - Shailee Ann, our precious angel has returned home to her Heavenly Father after a valiant battle from complications of a bone marrow transplant, to the loving arms of her daddy, December 12, 2000.

She was born Oct. 28, 1984 in Ogden, Utah, the daughter of Rick and Lezli Adams. Shailee attended Kaysville Elementary and Fairfield Jr. High School. She was a member of the LDS Church, Kaysville Meadows Ward and a Laurel in the Young Women's organization.

Shailee had a contagious smile. She loved to sing, do gymnastics, draw and was always happy and had a great sense of humor.

She is survived by her mother Lezli, brother, Kasey and sisters, Lindzee and MaKinzee, all of Kaysville; grandparents, Rud and Dionne Scoffield, Layton; Erma Adams, Farr West and Ray Adams, Layton. She was preceded in death by her father, Rick Adams, four great- grandfathers, two great-grandmothers and a cousin, Kirstee Jo.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, 2000 at the Layton Holmes Creek Ward, 380 So. Fairfield Rd., Layton, with Bishop Shane Smith of the Kaysville Meadows Ward, officiating. Family and friends will meet Friday from 6-8 p.m. at Lindquist's Kaysville Mortuary, 400 N. Main and Saturday at the church from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.

The family would like to extend a special thank-you to the staff at Primary Children's Hospital for all the loving care they have given Shailee and IHC Home care staff.

Shailee was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
