Mary A. Keplinger, 78, of Logansport passed away at 11:50 p.m., Thursday, May 24, 2012 at her residence.

Born November 8, 1933 in Lagro, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Louise (Leap) Harrell.

Mary retired in 1989 from the Logansport State Hospital.

Survivors include her husband, Ted Keplinger of Logansport, her children, Connie Burkett of Logansport, Rick Landis of Arizona, Karen Peters (Wes), Kathy Reichel, and Mary Clem (Don) all of Logansport, and Patty Henry (Gary) of Galveston, grandchildren, Shelly Popejoy (Joe), Jesse Peters, Britni Manus (Jason), Eric Burkett (Lisa), Aaron Burkett, Donnie Reichel, Anthony Reichel, Matt Reichel, Alyssa Reichel, Amy Clem, Alex Clem, Evan Clem, Lee Vernon (Melissa), Nicole Vernon and Rachelle Bair (Rick). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by 2 brothers and 1 sister.

She was very devoted to her family and she loved spending time with all of them.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Marocco- Rans Funeral Chapel with Pastor Kyle Gennicks officiating.

Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Burial will be at St. John's Cemetery.
