Death certificate indicates Annie was a single white female, daughter of Mary Augenbaugh and Wm. Alexander. Her death was from "creeping paralysis due to cerebral hemorrhage". Informant was Wm. Egolf of Carlisle.
There is also a gravestone listed in Ashland Cemetery for her - see #90801832. Unsure which actually contain her remains. (Mausoleum not built until 1921-22, so it is possible she was reinterred upon it's opening).
