Edward "Dale" St. John, 62, passed away following a brief illness on Monday, May 21, 2012 at Central Wyoming Hospice. Dale was born February 11, 1950 in Mills, Wyoming to Dorothy Christensen and Robert St. John.

He attended Casper schools and after graduating from Natrona County High School in 1969, he enlisted in the Navy, serving until 1976. On June 23, 1972 he married Ellen Minear and they had two daughters. They later divorced. In 1998 Dale met Georgia Darrah through a family friend, and they were married December 5, 1998.

Dale joined the Mills Volunteer Fire Department and served loyally until his retirement in 2010. While with the Fire Department, he took a job with the Town of Mills and worked his way up through the ranks until retiring from parks maintenance in February of this year, serving a total of 28 years faithfully.

Dale is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, daughter, Jackie, and numerous aunts and uncles.

Funeral Service at Newcomer Funeral Home. Interment at Highland Cemetery.
