Married to Lydia Holmes born on February 21 1753 in Plympton, Plymouth, Massachusetts. They had eight known children together. Listed in 1840 census, presumed deceased near to this point. Lydia presumably deceased between 1830 - 1840.

Nathaniel, Lydia and their young family came to Hebron, Maine following the Revolutionary War, after Nathaniel's service. They were among the area's first inhabitants when it was called it "Bog Brook Plantation," more formally known as "Shepardsfield Plantation."

Revolutionary War Soldier: Private, Capt. Thomas Loring's Co., 19 Apr 1775 / Sergeant, Capt. James Harlow's Co. commanded by Lieut. Elijah Bisbe, Jr., Col. Thomas Lothrop's regt., Gen. Joseph Cushing's brigade, March 1777.

Descends from Dr. Samuel Fuller of the Mayflower. Nathaniel's Father was Amos Fuller (also served in the Revolutionary War) and his Mother was Abigail Harlow. Lydia Homes was daughter of Job Holmes & Mehitable Stuart (also original settlers of Shepardsfield Plantation). His Uncle Barnabas Fuller (who also served in the Revolutionary War) settled nearby after the War with his family, as well. Hence - this is the origin of the FULLER's in Oxford County Maine!
