Obituary:

Frank Blasius was born in Fremont Township Nov. 3, 1893 and died Friday evening Jan. 2, 1925.

Death came after an illness of about one month of typhoid fever.

The deceased was united in marriage with Neva Wells, Nov. 14, 1917. To this union were born three children, Francene, age 5, Ward, age 3, and Clare, age 2 who are left to mourn the loss of a loved one in the home.

Besides his mother Mrs. D. Blasius, brother Geo. And four sisters Mrs. C. Weissenborn, Mrs. E. Haas, Mrs. C. Schlichter and Miss Eliza, he is survived by a host of relatives and friends who will miss him.

Funeral services were held at the home Tuesday, Jan. 6, at one o'clock, conducted by Rev. Hosner of Caro, and Rev. Whims of Mayville.

Those who attended the service from a distance were Mrs. B. Sherman and Mrs. J. Sherman, of Grayling, Mrs. Jno. Bowman, of Orchard Lake, Mr. and Mrs. C. Brown, of Mt. Morris, Mr. J. Sherman, Mr. and Mrs. L. Turner, Mr. and Mrs. E. Fish and Mr. Edwin Weiler, of Flint, and Mr. D. Sherman, of Flint.
