Daughter of George W. Day and Maud Emily Cochran.

Children included Lysle Frank, George Ernest, Esther M, Alonzo Guy, Doris, Deborah Elvira, and Raymond Harriman.

Deb and Sarah L Cochran Landry were first cousins. They lived next door to one another in Baileyville, their children played together, as did their children's children.

Summer evenings: while the adults visited, we cousins ran and screamed and played into the darkness. We watched the moon rise and caught fireflies and let them go.

Deb gave us home made molasses cookies and told us to stay away from the swamp because "the cat with no head lived there" ...and we obeyed because none of us ever wanted to see the cat with no head.
