Peacefully at Broadview Nursing Home, Smiths Falls on Tuesday, May 22nd, 2012, Audrey Isobel (Moodie) Burke (long time dedicated employee of the Great War Memorial Hospital, Perth for over 25 years) in her 80th, year. Dearly loved mother of Russ and Cherylanne, Randy and Donna, Steve and Tammy and Jeff and Kim Burke. Cherished grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Audrey was predeceased by her parents Agnes (Davis) and Robert Moodie, her brothers Ron, Stuart, Art and Murray Moodie and her sister Ruby Tully. Fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law June, Doreen and Freida Moodie numerous nieces, nephews, many dear friends and all her family. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W. Perth on Thursday, May 24th, 2012 from 2:00 to 5:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 10:30 A.M. Interment, the Scotch Line Cemetery. In remembrance, contributions to the Alzheimer Society of Lanark County or the Great War Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
