Funeral services for Noah Dial of Maxton, Rt. 3, 71, who died Wednesday in Southeastern General Hospital will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Prospect Methodist Church with the Rev. Simeon Cummings and the Rev. D. F. Lowry officiating. Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mary Ellen Dial of the home; two sons, Prof. Adolf Dial of Pembroke and Herman Dial of Maxton; three daughters, Mrs. Herbert Oxendine of Pembroke, Mrs. James H. Woods of Red Springs and Mrs. Reese Locklear of Pembroke; one brother, Miasha Dial of Hoke County; 12 grandchildren.
