Kathleen M. Stafford, 78, died June 3 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
She was a 1941 graduate of St. Vincent's Academy and a member of Daughters of Ireland and Ancient Order of Hiberians. She retired after 20 years of service from Savannah Public Library System.
SURVIVORS: her husband of 56 years, James F. Stafford Sr. of Savannah; a son and daughter-in-law, James F. and Alicia Stafford of St. Simons Island; two daughters and sons-in-law, Amelia S. Sanderlin and Thomas J. Sanderlin Sr. of Savannah and Kaye S. and Melvin T. Cullen of Durham, N. C. ; two sisters, Patricia Little and Jean Trapani; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church with Rosary service at 7 p.m.
FUNERAL MASS: 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, burial in Catholic Cemetery.
