Martha Louisa Hudson,was first married to Andrew Clark, They were married in Kanawha Co, Virginia in fall of 1859. Believe 8 children were born to this union, Mary, Amanda and Anna Mae, others not known. She was widowed in 1876, Married Rezign Van Meter in 1878.As in 1900 census she is listed as having 10 children. Eight of these would have been with Andrew Clark. Martha Louisa and Rezign Van Meter had two sons,John Henry and Harry Walter.

He remembers as a little boy seeing our GGreat grandmother walking up the road in her black dress with dust kicking up at the hem line. Louisa lived with her Granddaughter Annie May . She raised Annie from an infant.
