Jack Hogue, 78 of Burgin, widower of Lulie Shepherd Hogue, died Sunday, May 6, 2012 at the Golden Living Center in Stanford. Born August 20, 1933 in Mercer County, he was the son of the late W.M. and Daisy Cooley Hogue. He was a farmer and a member of the Shawnee Run Baptist Church. Jack enjoyed woodworking.
Survivors include two nephews: Mark Hogue of Danville and Wayne Pittman of Clarksville, IN., one niece: Elaine Sheets of Clarksville, IN., and several great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one sister Irene Pittman and one brother William Guy Hogue.
