Funeral service for Mrs. Bobbie Sue (Trahan) Files, 61, will be held at 2:00 p.m., today, Tuesday, May 22, 2012 in the Miguez Funeral Home of Lake Arthur with Rev. Clyde Thomas officiating.

Burial will be in the Andrus Cove Cemetery.

Funeral home visitation was from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., Monday; and 8:00 a.m., today, Tuesday until time of services.

A rosary was recited at 7:00 p.m., Saturday, May 19, 2012 in the funeral home chapel.

Mrs. Files died at 4:15 p.m., Saturday, May 19, 2012 in Lake Arthur.

She was a native of Hayes and a resident of Lake Arthur. She was a homemaker and member of the American Legion. She loved to cook.

Survivors include her husband Nelson Richard Files of Lake Arthur; one daughter, Donna Allemand of Lake Arthur; two sons, Scottie James Allemand and wife Debbie of Lake Arthur, Jeffery Wayne Files and wife Frankki of Lacassine; two sisters, Greta Martin and husband Raylee of Lake Arthur, Yvonne Lois Campbell of Bell City; one brother, Curtis Trahan of Lake Arthur; five grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandson.

Preceded in death by her parents, Louis Ray and Nedia Benoit Guidry Trahan; three sisters, Betty Lou Trahan Abshire, Gertrude Trahan, Diane Trahan; three brothers, John William Trahan, I, Ray Allen Trahan and Daniel Trahan.
