David Oliver and Agnes Campbell are his parents,he was united in marriage to Patience Sylvester on( int. 27 Jan 1781) 8 Feb 1781. She is another daughter of Nathaniel Sylvester and Silvina Spague. ( Daughter,Lucy Sylvester married Capt. Thomas Oliver-brother of Parker.)
