Angela M. Gonzalez, 89, of Baytown, TX went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, April 04, 2016. She was born on March 3, 1927 in Houston, TX. She lived in Baytown until 5 years ago when she moved to Bastrop, TX.
Angela was a long-time member of Wooster Baptist Church where she enjoyed singing in the choir. Her hobbies were sewing, crocheting, and knitting.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor A. Gonzalez, Sr.; brothers, Martin Mendoza, Rudy Mendoza, Freddy Mendoza, Felix Mendoza, and Albert Mendoza; a sister, Clemencia Trevino.
Angela was survived by a son, Victor A. Gonzalez, Jr. and wife Karol of Bastrop, TX; daughters, Elsa Gonzalez of Round Rock, TX, Lisa Segura and husband Jesse of Baytown, TX, Anna Byrne and husband Patrick of Allen, TX; grandchildren, Stefanie Segura and husband Andrew Cavendish, Sarah Hartman and husband Jon, Philip Segura, Steven Brent, Stacey Brent, Bailee Byrne; great-granddaughter, Avery Hope Hartman; a sister, Gloria Centeno; a sister-in-law, Rachel De Torre; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
Serving the family as pallbearers will be Jesse Segura, Philip Segura, Patrick Byrne, Steven Brent, Jon Hartman and Andrew Cavendish.
