Mrs. Krejci Dies In Lusk Aug. 29

Mrs. James Krejci, 56, of Lance Creek died August 29 in the Spencer Hospital after a long lingering illness. Funeral services were held August 31 at 2:00 p.m. from the Peet Mortuary with Rev. Frank Bozart officiating. Organist, Mrs. Barbara Ferris accompanied Mrs. A. F. DeCastro and Mrs. Maude Bonner who sang "The Old Rugged Cross" and "Rock of Ages".

Pall bearers were: Joe Leimser, Dale Leimser, Dean Leimser, Albert Glasby, Warren Walter, and Dale Gunn. Honorary bearers were: Joe Traphagen, Buster Penfield, Ray DeGering, Alex Gunn, Roscoe Ross, Roy Maguire, John Boatright.

Edith Matilda (Johnson) Krejci was born February 9, 1906 in Denver to Mr. and Mrs. Peter Johnson.

On August 6, 1928 she married James Krejci in Lusk. Two children, Henry of Lance Creek and Charley of Mills, Nebr.

She is survived by her husband, two sons, and two grandchildren. Also surviving are three brothers, Victor and Axel Johnson of Denver, and Albin Johnson of El Monte Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Hulda Brown of Denver, and Mrs. Florence Gentry of El Monte, Calif., besides numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
