She is preceded in death by her husband Conroy E. Cook, and son Michael Cook. She leaves behind multiple family members, friends and church family.
There will be a viewing Monday 5-21-2012 from 6-8 at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 4315 Main St. and a graveside service will be held Tuesday 5-22-2012 at 11 am in Evergreen Cemetery officiated by her pastor, Rev. Gary Poplin. Arrangements entrusted to: Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home.
