He was born Dec. 6, 1954, in Shakopee, the son of Harry M. and Ann (LePage) Annen. Richard worked as a black topper.
He is survived by sister, Arlene Miller of Shakopee; brothers, James Annen and wife Dianne, and John Annen. Funeral services Saturday, May 26, 10 a.m. at the Catholic Cemetery in Shakopee.
