Ada Holzbach Blake, 89, passed away suddenly on the morning of November 5, 2004. Her parents were Bernard H. Holzbach and Elizabeth Needham Holzbach. She is survived by five sons, 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Sons, Herman F. Blake Jr., and wife Diana, and their children, Robbie Blake, Tracey Blake Sigmon, Chris Blake an Doug Blake, Robert B. Blake and his sons, Ricky Blake and Robert Blake Jr., Donald H. Blake and wife, Lynda, and children, Matt Blake and Mary Beth Blake Yeager; Wayne C. Blake and wife, Linda, and children, Michael Blake and Cassie Krajanoch, Ray H. Blake and wife, Diana, and their children, Jason Blake and Taryn Blake and six great-grandchildren. Shae and Kenley Yeager, Ana and Kamea Blake, Lydia Sigmon and William Blake. Ada Blake was a life long Richmonder, who spent most of her working years as a partner of Blake Realty Co. She enjoyed her last 30 years in retirement at her summer home on the Rappahannock at Naylors Beach, where family and friends were always welcome. The family will receive friends 5 to8 P.M. Sunday at the Briley Funeral Homes' Central Chapel, 3801 August Avenue, where services will be held at 12 noon, Monday, November 8, 2004. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
