Funeral services will be held Monday May 21 at 11a.m. at Arnold Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park. Visitation is Sunday evening 6-8p.m. at the funeral hoe with an Elks service at 7;45 p.m.

Bill was born on February 11, 1938 in Mexico, the son of George W. and Opal (O;Donnell) Griffin. He served in the U.S. Navy in South Wemouth MA. On March 21, 1965 he married Doris Brooks in Mexico.

He worked for A.B. Chance for 35 years, retiring in 1997. He volunteered wit Little Dixie Fire Department for several years, enjoyed camping and fly fishing and loved his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife Doris of the home, a daughter, Teresa Helm and husband Luke of Columbia. three grandchildren, Natalie, Alexandra and Chase; a brother, Darryl Griffin and wife Corliss of Linn Mo. and a sister in law, Bonnie Evans and husband Melvin of Smitville,Mo. a brother Rodney Griffin was listed as MIA on May 7, 1979.
