Fall River Mills resident Edna Elizabeth Jones passed away of natural causes on December 25, 1999 at Mayers Memorial Hospital, Fall River Mills, Calif. She was 89.
Mrs. Jones was a homemaker and mother and had made her home in Bieber, Calif. prior to moving to Shasta County in 1974.
Pastor Harry Morris held services at the Big Valley Missionary Baptist Church in Bieber, Calif. on Tuesday, Dec. 28 at 11 a.m. She was laid to rest at the Adin Cemetery.
Mrs. Jones was born in DeKalb County, Missouri. She is survived by her sons Leo S. Jones of Burney; Donald Jones of Oroville; a daughter Beverly Boles of Cassel; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Shasta County Alzheimer's Support Group, 3070 Valentine Lane, Redding, CA 96001.
McDonald's Chapel in Burney handled arrangements.
