Ashley was very active with the Prairieville Fire Department in her teen years. She also served as a volunteer at the Hospital in Gonzales, LA. She love sitting and taking care of the elderly. She continued this practice even in both marriages. Later when her brothers became involved in Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts she got involved as a volunteer.

Ashley's first marriage was to Dale Hall, from this marriage came two girls, Katiea and Kera Hall. They divorced, after several years of being single, she remarried to Dwayne McKinney, a daughter came from this marriage, Raven Mckinney. She divorced Dwayne and assumed her maiden name. She never married again, but she did have a special friend, Paul Friendly. He was there with her until the end.

Ashley was sickly during both marriages. In 2003 she was diagnosed with Non-Hodgskin's Lymphoma. After a long battle with cancer, she went home to be with our Lord. May she rest in peace.

Ashley may be gone but she is forever in our hearts. We miss you Alley!
