Arlene Louise (Lubner) Becker, age 75. Born September 26,1944 and passed away October 24, 2019. She would probably never say she died, she would come up with some funny phrase. She has "bought the farm" or perhaps "fallen off her perch". She had a funny phrase for everything. Humor was used to cover any number of things. She was with her children to the last and has joined her beloved husband Frank and parents; John Lubner and Ann (Holz) Lubner. She is survived by her Brother Lyle (Linda) Lubner, 3 children: Dawn (James) Overbye of Virginia, LeRoy (Bonnie) Becker of Mequon and David Becker of Cedarburg, grandchildren: Brandon Becker, Jennifer (Seth) Overbye, Jonathon (Amelia) Overbye, Jeffrey Overbye, Alexandra Becker and Brooklyn Becker and one great granddaughter Madeline Overbye. Further survived by many family members and friends. She will be missed by all.

Arlene was the daughter of John Lubner and Ann (Holz) Lubner. She lived in Cedarburg most of her life and retired in West Bend. She worked for executives of business and high-powered lawyers. She was compassionate, smart and at work was valued for making those she worked for look smarter and more put together. She had a talent for helping people see the best in themselves.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 29, 2019 at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church SOUTH N44 W6055 Hamilton Road Cedarburg, WI 53012 at 1:00 PM. Father Patrick Burns will preside. Visitation will be held at the SOUTH church from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM. Arlene will be laid to rest next to her husband at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Cemetery.
