Grahams Fort is 8 miles from Kings Mountian National Military Park.

Colonel Graham was in charge of all the forts in the area surrounding the Blue Ridge Mountians.

Susannah and William are buried in a farm field off of a dirt road.

Susannah and William had one daughter,Sarah Elizabeth Graham (# 31687904) born on the same day of the battle of Kings Mountain. She married Abraham Irvine.

Colonel William Graham adopted all of Susannah Twitty's children after their father, Captian William John Twitty was killed by Indians in Kentucky. Captian Twitty was traveling with Daniel Boone on the Wilderness Trail.
