Naomi Hodgin Henson, 78, formerly of Taylors, widow of Olan C. Henson, died July 27, 2006, at Canton, N.C. She had been a resident at The Canton Christian Convalescent Center for the past 13 years.
Born in Greensboro, N.C., May 10, 1928, daughter of the late Leroy S. and Ola Fortner Hodgin.
Surviving are a son, Richard T. Mitchell of Ludowici, Ga.; a daughter, Charlotte G. Parsons of Wake Forest, N.C.; four grandchildren, Teresa Mitchell, Barry Parsons, Brent Parsons and Bradley Parsons; and a sister, Jennie M. Edwards of Greenville, S.C.
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at Woodlawn Memorial Park, conducted by James Bowman.
