Mrs. Celestine Skidmore McClure, wife of Darrell Craig McClure, a native of Portsmouth and a former resident of Norfolk for a number of years, died Wednesday at New Haven, Conn. She was a former member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Besides her husband, who lives in Old Sayebrook, Conn., she is survived by one sister, Mrs. Ethel Mathew Johnson, of Norfolk, and a nephew, Jack Hoffman, of Portsmouth.
Services will be conducted privately at the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments today. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
