Dorothy P. Puffer, 91, of 113 Elm St., died Tuesday at Samaritan Medical Center.
Mrs. Puffer and her husband, Robert T., owned and operated Puffer's Monument Co. from 1955 to 1963 and Puff's Ice Cream on Washington Street from 1955 to 1965.
Born Dec. 7, 1916, in Pittsburgh, Pa., daughter of Gilbert and Anne Davage Peifer, she graduated from Westinghouse High School, completed business school and worked for U.S. Steel Co., all in Pittsburgh.
