HELEN JOAN (CLICK) NEASE Helen Joan (Click) Nease was the third child and only daughter born to Ray Walker Click and Ruby Dale (Stone) Click on June 27,1931 with the assistance of Dr. Herrenkohl. She was born at Millwood, WV in Jackson County. The address was later changed to Mount Alto, WV (commonly known as Mud Sock).

Helen Joan (Click) Nease, age 73, of Westerville, Ohio, died at home on Tuesday, January 25, 2005. Born June 27, 1931, at Mt. Alto, Jackson County, WV to Ray Click and Ruby (Stone) Click. Survived by husband of 52 years, Carl; son, Phillip (Nancy) Nease of Fort Collins, CO; son, John Nease at home; three grandchildren, Rachel, Chloe, & Joseph; brothers, Lester (Marie) Click of Evans, WV; Dennis (Joan) Click; Alton (Brenda) Click & Harold (Barbara) Click of Columbus, OH; numerous nieces & nephews plus grandnieces & grandnephews. Preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Paul Click of Ravenswood, WV and Lewis Click of Huntington, WV. Helen was a charter member of Epworth United Methodist Church in Columbus. She was employed at North American Aviation before staying home to rear her two sons. She subsequently worked various part-time positions, but the highest priorities in her life were fulfilling the roles of a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and homemaker; being a faithful follower of Jesus Christ; and an endeared friend of many. She enjoyed hobbies of bowling at the Palace Bowling Lanes, bridge at the MCL cafeteria, euchre at the Worthington Moose Lodge and gathering family genealogy data. Memorial service at Epworth United Methodist Church 10:30 a.m., Saturday, January 29, 2005, with Reverends Patricia Miller and Susan Kyser officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Epworth United Methodist Church, Helen Nease Memorial Fund, 5100 Karl Road, Columbus, OH 43229. Arrangements by Schoedinger North Chapel.
