Born the daughter of Fred L. Moore and Murphey Carter (Williams) Moore, she grew up in Purcell and attended Purcell Schools.
Later on, she moved to CA and joined the United States Marine Corp.. After proudly serving one year she was honorably discharged and remained living and working in San Diego; working most of her life as a photolithographer.
In 2004, many years after retiring, she returned to OK. She took great pleasure in the outdoors, yard work, fishing, crafts, woodworking and especially building birdhouses.
She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant brother, Fred Allen Moore, and a sister, Kay Lou (Moore) Duncan
Survivors include her brother, Randy Moore (Cynthia); 3 nephews, Cyle Moore and Tim and Trent Duncan; a niece, Marla Duncan and several great nieces and nephews
