Miss Florence S. Bishop, 88, 301 Chippewa, died Wednesday, November 22 at the King Daughters Nursing Home in Midland.
She was born March 9, 1873, in Leslie, Michigan and had been a resident of Mt. Pleasant since 1927. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Stinson Funeral Home with Rev. Kenneth Cutler officiating. Interment will be in the Leslie, Mich. cemetery at 1:30 p.m.
Surviving are three nephews, Paul Bishop of New York City, Robert Doughty of Midland and Richard Royce of Oakland, California; and five nieces, Margaret Doughty of Mt. Pleasant, Ruth Johnson of Detroit, Mrs. R. O. Wilson of London, England, Winnie Albright of Colfax, California and Julie Burton of Napa, California.
