JESSE H. MOORE, 85, of 399 E. Erwin, formerly of Crenshaw, Miss., retired theater and restaurant owner, died Thursday at Baptist Memorial Hospital East after a long illness. Services will be at noon Monday at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial in Longtown Cemetery in Crenshaw. He was a member of Crenshaw Baptist Church. Mr. Moore, husband of Mae Moore, also leaves a daughter, Peggy Moore Person of Memphis; a brother, Tom Moore of Cleveland, Miss., three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to the women's ministry at Central Church.
