Austin Matthew Vance, passed away Monday, April 30, 2012 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Lawrence, KS.

Austin is survived by his parents, Heather Vance and Brad Fraker of Iola, KS; three siblings, Kimberly Fraker of Arma, KS, Asya Jackson of Topeka, KS, and Aiden Fraker of Iola, KS; grandparents, Herbert Vance of Humboldt, KS and fiancée Connie Rabe of Wichita, KS, and Mike and Cinda Jones of Moran, KS; five aunts, Shannon Bright of Dixon, KY, Shawnda Edwards of Chanute, KS, Kelly Bright of Humboldt, KS, Jamie Powell of Humboldt, KS, and Amy Harris and husband Jeff of Wichita, KS; and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Patricia Vance; grandfather, Monte Fraker; and three cousins, Shawn Stipp, Dalton Dye, and Tristan Dye.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 11, 2012 at Memorial Park in Chanute.
Memorials in his name may be made to The March of Dimes and may be left with the funeral home.
Penwell-Gabel Gibson Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
