In August 1908 she married John Wilson Floore, Jr. in Cleburne. Her father came to Texas from Alabama and spent his life as a farmer. They had four children: Heard Lambard Floore, J. W. Floore III, Flora May Floore and Edgar Floore. (Source: History of Texas: Fort Worth and the Texas Northwest Edition, Volume 3, pg 260.)
