Eva Greenfield, 63, was born on September 9 1896, in Moravia. She lived in Cortland for forty years, and at the time of her death she resided with her daughter, Mary McMillen, at 38 Hubbard Street in Cortland where she passed away September 3, 1960.
She was the daughter of Ambrose and Nettie Snell Secaur.
She was a member of the Parkside Assembly of God Church.
Mrs. Greenfield is survived by six children: Anna Aldrich of Homer, Mary McMillen of Cortland, Ruth Downing of Little York, Lee Greenfield of Sterling, Samuel Greenfield of Cortland, and Paul Greenfield of Glen Haven; twenty three grandchildren and two great grandchildren; two brothers, Fay Secaur of Cortland, and Lee Secaur of Auburn; also several nephews and nieces."
